Mary leads participants through a series of gentle movement sequences that are designed to improve awareness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Tension is released, and movement becomes effortless and elegant.
Workshops may focus on specific themes, including: enhancing the use of your core, improving your balance, discovering your skeleton for greater efficiency and health, enhancing pelvic muscle tone (important for women as they enter their middle years), increasing equestrian skill and improving your golf swing.
